Established in 2009, KM Construction Corp. was created with the objective of delivering quality construction at a fair price for both residential and building commercial clients. From humble beginnings as a purely residential contractor, KM Construction Corp. has grown to become a competitive contractor in the New Jersey commercial construction market. As a general contractor, our extensive in house site work, concrete, and masonry experience sets us apart from the competition by taking away the uncertainty from the most labor intensive scopes of work. Our exemplar subcontractor relationships guarantee the remaining scopes get done right, on time, and on budget.
As subcontractors we only specialize in site work, concrete, and masonry. Our field experience and emphasis on reading specifications thoroughly assures that we deliver an optimal product that will pass any quality control inspection.
